While Marty has a background in public safety, he has also worked extensively 

in the field of entertainment. Marty spent many years in the music business as a 

nationally known DJ. He also performed as a stand-up comedian and voice-over artist. 

This unique combination of skills and experience influences Marty's writing and 

speaking presentations. To make difficult conversations a bit more bearable, 

he created a presentation style known as "Edutainment" , which involves his 

high energy personality infused with visuals, humor, and audience interaction.

Marty no longer performs as a DJ, but he is still out there making people

laugh and smile with his blog, "Words With Pizza", as well as his popular social 

media persona, "Marty The Pizza Guy", which has thousands of followers on

Instagram and Tik Tok where he combines his love of pizza and humor.
